Next time you can simply whip up a healthy AND satisfying chocolate mousse in 3 minutes! Made from natural ingredients and with no added sugar, this dessert won’t ruin all the effort you put into that healthy dinner. The only hard part with this recipe is the waiting, when the mousse is chilling in the freezer.
Ingredients: (serving size 3)
1 cup coconut milk
3 tablespoon cocao powder
1. Add all the ingredients together in a blender
2. Blend mixture for about 2 minutes or until it is completely smooth
3. Place the mixture into 3 different shot glass
4. Refrigerate the glasses for 1 hour then serve!
